This dish is simply perfecto

Oh, yeah … Spaghetti with Brown Butter and Mizithra Cheese. Ferraro’s does it just right … simple and light. I could probably make this three-ingredient dish at home. But why, when there’s a place 10 minutes from my front door that does it so well (and brings a dish of spumoni to the table, too)?
