Stuffed magazine debuts

To compensate for the sad magazine news I had to share the other day, allow me to report on something happier.

A new magazine caught my eye on the rack at JoAnn Fabric today. It’s called Stuffed : A Gathering of Softies .

As the title suggests, the magazine is all about making softies. When I was a kid, we used the phrase “stuffed animals,” but “softies” embodies more than just animals. Creative crafters stuff everything from trees to tractors these days.

“Stuffed” is a beautiful publication jampacked with adorable tutorials. The cover you see above is for their first issue and it looks like we can expect volume 2 in July.
