Shop like it’s 1900

Did anyone else attend the SoDo District sidewalk sale this weekend? I made it to most of the shops Friday, and intended to go back today to hit the rest but never made it further than the grocery store.

While in 1900 , the home decor and furnishings shop at 114 W. Pacific Ave., I couldn’t help but snap a few photos of the beautiful displays. Click here for a photo slideshow that peeks at 1900’s unique, timeworn, romantic style.

Principal Debra Howard also owns the interior design company Gestalt Studio , which is located in the same space. I’ve been in a couple of the downtown lofts she has designed and they always strike me as comfortable places that blend modern tastes with old-world charm.
