Maybe she’ll be wearing her flight suit
OK, so I’m a bit excited. I’m all set to attend tomorrow night’s gala opening of the 2006 Seattle International Film Festival , the film being “The Illusionist.” And the SIFF press crew just sent out word: Not only will the director and producer – respectively, Neil Burger and Michael London – be there, but so will Jessica Biel .
Say that again: Jessica Biel .
The film, which is set in 1900 Vienna, also stars Edward Norton . In fact, he is the protagonist, playing a “mysterious magician named Eisenheim.” Here is the synopsis, according to a SIFF press release: “His ability to mesmerize crowds – and apparent attraction to the crown prince’s fiancホe – ignites suspicion from the Chief Inspector. When a duchess is murdered, Eisenheim summons extraordinary powers to prove the prince guilty and bring down the monarchy.”
Wow. Sounds great.
Oh, and did I say that Jessica Biel was going to be there. On stage at The Paramount Theatre. In person.
Jesssssssica Bielllllllll.
Below: In the film “Stealth,” Jessica Biel filled out her flight uniform better than either Josh Lucas or Jamie Foxx.
