Another customer satisfied

Interesting e-mail exchange today.

First I received this:

“I am very disappointed, “U2 3D” (a U2 concert filmed in full 3-D) is getting rave reviews and is touted as an incredible leap with regards to next generation 3-D movie technology. But, we can’t see it in Spokane. It will be showing in Seattle (of course), Sunnyside (you’ve got to be kidding me), Walla Walla and Kennewick but not in Spokane, What gives? Is there any way you can look into this?” – Mike Brandt

So I checked with the only movie chain in the vicinity that has digital 3-D technology, Regal Cinemas , and this is what I sent back:

“Seems there was some confusion at first because it looked as if the film was available only in IMAX 3-D. Now, though, it’s supposed to open at NorthTown and Riverstone on Feb. 15. Good news, eh?”

And quickly came back this response:

“Thank you very much for finding this out. This made my day!!”

If only I could bring such happiness to everyone this easily.
