It’s a sin, but we don’t care

“Sin City” comes out on DVD today. In honor of that, I send out the following two things.

The first is an opinion: Robert Rodriguez is one of the most overrated filmmakers ever to pick up a guitar. If nothing else, he makes the same films over and over. He’s directed “El Mariachi” and two sequels, “Spy Kids” and three sequels (if you include the derivative “The Adventures of Sharkboy and Lavagirl in 3-D”) and he’s working on a sequel to “Sin City” right now.”

The second is a photo: Jessica Alba is in “Sin City,” and it’s for all her pre- and post-pubescent fans.
