AM: Masters Wins GOPrecinct Coin Toss
County Clerk Dan English, center tossed the coin between Jimmie Masters, left and Ralph Noyes at the County Elections office in Coeur d’Alene on Tuesday. The two men tied for precinct committeeman both receiving 123 votes. As dictated by Idaho code, the election was decided by a coin toss that landed in favor of Jimmie Masters.
