A stabbing suspect wanted by Crime Stoppers has been in state prison since February.

Jacob M. Maravilla , 20, has been in Department of Corrections custody since Feb. 22, according to the DOC.

He was given a drug offender sentencing alternative for possession of a motor vehicle, but that sentence was revoked in February and he returned to prison. He’s at the Washington State Penitentiary in Walla Walla and is due out in May 2011.

A warrant was recently issued for Marvailla on several charges, including first-degree assault, in connection with a Feb. 10 attack at 907 E. Wabash. Crime Stoppers offered a reward for tips on his location Thursday.

No word if the prison guards are eligible for the reward.
