Another winner at the Goat
The D Street pizza: Yellow Coconut Curry, chicken, potato, carrot, house cheese blend, cilantro, siracha and lime juice, artfully layered on a thinly delicious fire-charred crust. The colors on this curried concoction are as bright and surprising as the flavors.
Even the curry-phobic hubs liked this one. A lot.
Eric and I decided to split an Aubrey Bread salad – an ingenious combination of romaine, red onion, fennel, tomato, fresh mozzarella, cucumber, parmesan and lemon vinaigrette piled atop a cake-plate sized parmesan flatbread – before the pizza came to the table, and the combo made for just the right amount of food. We polished off the whole pie (along with the flatbread hiding under the pile of green leafy vegetables), and left feeling full but not gluttonous. Yay, us.
You’ll find The Fyling Goat at 3318 W. Northwest Blvd.
