Inspiration, two ways
It’s too soon to tell if the weather will cooperate with our conquer-the-yard plans this weekend.
Luckily I know of two great events that will get me out of the rain and into inspiration central. FYI: Now that I’ve said it might rain, it won’t. But I’ll check these shows out anyway, because it’s been a long winter and our yard is in serious need of serious work, and I’m just not ready for that.
The Women’s Show starts tomorrow at 5 and runs til 8; on Saturday it runs from 10 to 7; and Sunday it’s on from 7:30 to 1. Admission is $7 and will get you access to loads of lady-centric exhibitors, food demos, fashion shows, live entertainment, plenty of swag and a whole lotta pink! All events take place at the Spokane Convention Center … and it’s not too late to sign up for Sunday morning’s Susan G. Komen Race for the Cure !
The Home Improvement Show happens out at the Spokane County Fair Grounds - Friday 12-8; Saturday 10-8; and Sunday 10-5. Tickets are $7, and give you access to how-to demos, info sessions, and aisles upon aisle of inspiration in the form of local pros who know how to spruce up your space. You can probably even find yourself a ShamWow! without looking too hard.
