Drunken Doughnuts. They’re chewy and just sweet enough on their own. But when you dunk them into one of the three little pots of indulgence … Oh. My. Stars.

The Apple Pucker Caramel was by far my fave, followed closely by the Amaretto Creme Anglaise. The Crown Royal Chocolate? Meh.

One plate ($5.99) was enough for Eric and I to share, but we didn’t know that until AFTER we’d ordered the doughnuts AND The Sticky Cookie (a soft-baked double-chocolate chip cookie smooshed over vanilla bean ice cream, swizzled with caramel and chocolate).

We tried. But we just couldn’t finish ‘em off. I thought about sneaking the leftover doughnut holes into my pocket, for later. But then I also thought about unbuttoning my jeans so I could get into the car.
