Brower has the skills

As a former member of the Spokane Public Schools Board of Directors, perhaps I have a unique insight into the qualities that make an effective board member, and Deana Brower is the one candidate who has the attributes and skills for this important role. Deana, a former teacher and current parent of two children in the district, brings both classroom experience and an understanding of how the policies and implementation affect children’s learning. Most importantly, Deana puts children’s issues first, advocating for all students, and creates a positive environment for problem solving.

Our schools represent one of the most important investments we can make in our community, as the success of our students creates a legacy we can all be proud of. Leadership that is collegial, informed and inclusive is the hallmark of a successful school district. Deana Brower brings these qualities to her many endeavors. I urge you to join me in supporting and voting for Deana Brower for Spokane school board.
