Is it time yet for a tasty Bellini?

My wife’s sister, Jean, and her husband, Steve, sent me the attached photo of a Bellini that one of the other (likely both) is sipping in the cafe of New York’s Museum of Modern Art. Looks delicious. Which brings up a question: Where is the best place in Spokane to order a Bellini? Somebody told me this place just might be a candidate. I just may have to visit. Maybe in between First Night events.
