Hey, who ate my pho?

OK, I suppose I could have taken the photo much sooner, when this dish of pho was full of noodles and sprouts and sprigs of fresh basil, etc, instead of just the broth and a few random bits of beef. But I’m sometimes slow on the draw — actually, in more ways than one. And anyway, Vina Asian Restaurant , which our friends Monica and Brooks turned us onto last night, serves pho so good that you’re likely to act similarly — eat first, think later.

You’ll find Vina at 2303 N. Ash (on the southwest corner of Ash and Northwest Boulevard). Heed my advice: Take a bib. As I say, I’m sometimes slow on the draw.
