Richman truly is a glutton for punishment
I’ve been watching Adam Richman, the host of the Travel Channel’s show “Man Vs. Food,” since it hit the airways. And while I enjoy watching Richman pig out in cities all over the United States — right now I’ve watching his Alaska show — I’ve noticed that the guy has put on some weight.
Richman’s Wikipedia entry says that he exercises twice a day while on the road, that he doesn’t eat the day before he attempts a challenge and that he tries to stay hydrated by drinking water and club soda, foregoing coffee and soft drinks.
I don’t think it’s working. You can’t regularly down six-pound burritos and stay healthy.
Can you?
