Dispicable you … if you miss this!

Looking for something fun … and free … to do with the fam this weekend? Hit Mirabeau Park on Saturday night.

Bring a blanket. Bring a lawn chair. Bring your favorite little person - they’re showing Dispicable Me on the big screen at 9:15. The City of Spokane Valley’s Park & Rec Department will have some fun stuff going on in the park beginning an hour before the show, so get there early and get a good seat.

We try to see at least one outdoor movie every summer, just because it’s something different. Plus, relaxing in the cool open air for a couple of hours before bed means everybody sleeps like a log. And they usually sleep late.

Find Mirabeau Park just east of Pines, south of Trent, out in the Valley.
