The Bookseller magaizine holds an annual competition for the oddest book titles. It’s been doing so, with only two lapses, since 1978.

This year’s nominees were particularly worthy: “What Color Is Your Dog?” “Managing a Dental Practice the Genghis Khan Way,” “Myth of the Social Volcano,” The Italian’s One-Night Love Child,” “The Generosity of the Dead” and “8th International Friction Stir Welding Symposium Proceedings.”

The winner ? The magazine opted for Chinese: “Managing a Dental Practice the Ganghis Khan Way.”

Makes you wonder, right? I mean, how do you do dentistry on horseback?
