For a good movie event, think MAC
We’re still more than a week away, but one of my favorite area film events — the Spokane Jewish Film Festival — will begin its three-day 2011 run on Saturday, April 9, at the Northwest Museum of Arts & Culture.
The event has a new name: the Spokane Jewish Cultural Film Festival — but it’s offering the same, familiar format. I’ve seen the closing-night film, “Seven Minutes in Heaven.” which we’ll review on Friday’s edition of Movies 101 , and it’s an intriguing view.
Tickets are $8 and likely are going fast. Call 747-7394 to get more information.
