Rock City ‘s Black & Blue burger is big. It’s meaty. There’s garlic aoli, bacon and pepperoncinis. And, to top off all that fabulousness, there is gar-gone-zolaaaahhh. If you ask real nice they’ll sit you by the window where you’ll get a little entertainment with your burger — I’m pretty sure some of the city’s most interesting characters make regular use of the crosswalks between the mall and the park.
