ITPines: Gookin’s Right re: Vagrants

InThePines (re: Gookin asks Longo to watch vagrants) : I, along with many others, agree with Mr. Gookin. This City continues to recruit the homeless and until the reigns are pulled in, it will continue. My wife/dtr. went into the Library restroom last week and it was being used for cleanup/whatever by two vagrants. My child was frightened. It’s difficult to encourage Library use by our children when they are afraid to use the restroom.

Question: Do the Coeur d’Alene police do a good job protecting local residents from panhandlers & vagrants?
