This is what a cheese-free dinner looks like

Is it just me or do good-for-you-foods tend to look a lot less appetizing than, oh, I don’t know … just about anything worth craving? I ate it anyway. And I loved every single bite.

I’ve probably said it before, but the lentil soup served up at the Davenport Tower Safari Room is a thing of beauty. Even if it doesn’t look like it. (Their icky-looking-blob-of-hummus platter is equally deligthful.)
