SpIFF 2012: And the winners are …

Wang won Most Promising Filmmaker (an award he shared with “High Strung” writer/director Tommy Thompson ), and his film “In the Family” won the Golden SpIFFy for Best Feature.

The best news? Director Pete Porter revealed that he will return next year, guaranteeing that there will be a 15th-annual SpIFF. Imagine the sound of several hands clapping.
