To hilarity - and beyond!
Been while since I’ve been able to return to the universe of “Transolar Galactica,” the regionally made sci-fi comedy series that is a cross between “Battlestar Galactica” and “Lost in Space,” “Big Bang Theory” and “An Idiot Abroad.” In fact, you could subtitle the series “Idiots in Space.”
Below I’ve embedded the fourth installment of the series. But if you wanted to see all of the completed episodes — there are 10 of them, I’m told — you should show up at the Magic Lantern at 6 p.m. Saturday. That’s when the “Transolar Galactica” Wrap Party is going to be held. You get a chance to meet the stars, see the entire series on the Lantern’s bigger-that-your-computer screen and maybe get a chance to imbibe a libation or two. And it costs just $7.
To infinity — and beyond! Oh, wait, that’s another series. Never give up, never surrender! Wait… that’s … oh, frack, you get the point.
