In with the new again … out with an old fave

Since January without alcohol was such a treat, we decided to celebrate the month of February by pushing our limits and giving up something I love even more than a a refreshing tumbler of gin & tonic … cheeeeese!

Although Eric didn’t exactly abstain from the sauce, he did put up with my going-through-withdrawal mood swings, and so, as a token of congratulations for 32 dry days and a farewell feast to all things cheesey (for all 28 days of February), he treated me to a heaping plateful of Ferraro’s pasta smothered in the soon-to-be-forbidden dairy product, with a lovely glass of red (oh boy, once it hits your lips …). Talk about doing a hello/goodbye up right!
