The best burger since PB&J
I haven’t been able to stop thinking about the burger I alluded to earlier today, so I’m going to post about it now before I go bonkers.
Behold the Manito Tap House Burger — 8 glorious in-house-ground ounces of Washington beef topped with Cambozola cheese (a mild creamy version of Bleu Cheese) and smoked onion, lettuce, tomato and a little mayo. The beef and cheese are completely delish and would make a fine meal as-is. But the creative crew at Manito Tap House takes it one step beyond and slathers on a marmalade made of … wait for it … pancetta and bacon. That’s right — fantastic pork-product jam!!!
This is a burger that could convert a vegetarian. I’m certain.
Get one at the Manito Tap House, and do yourself another favor — order it with a side of yam chips.
