Makes me happy!

I snapped this shot while bellied up to the bar at Manito Tap House on St. Patrick’s Day. Although a strong argument to the contrary could be made, the wonky camera angle was intentional. I thought the beer-strained sunlight a lovely way to welcome in the “spring.”

Also I thought — current weather taken into account — that you might appreciate knowing you can buy one of those big jugs filled to the brim with your choice of 50 respectable taps and then take it home and drink until the sun comes out again. If the sun doesn’t come out for a day or two, you can have your growler refilled for $2 less than pitcher price, so, really, who cares if it rains/sleets/snows/totally blows for a little while longer?
