Sweet puffs of potato goodness

You know how much I love sweet potato fries, right? Well, a few days ago at the Wave I was introduced to a bowlful of their cute little cousins, called Sweet Puffs. Oh. My. Goodness. A little crunchy. A little chewey. Just sweet enough to do the spicy dipping sauce justice. I may never eat a regular potato tot again. Did I just say that? I did. And that’s saying something.
