Comfort in a cauldron?

Tricia Jo Webster

You want to know how to make a bowl of soup last all day? Try eating it with chopsticks.

I really don’t know what all was swimming around in this hot pot, but it was pretty tasty. Somewhere in there are soba noodles and chicken. Other than that, it was pretty much a surprise in every chopsticks-are-my-enemy bite. And on a day like today, a steaming cauldron of chicken noodle soup is nothing short of absolutely necessary. But I highly suggest throwing tradition to the wind and grabbing a spoon.

If you’re into sushi, which I am NOT, you’ll probably like this place too. If nothing else, they get five stars for presentation.

Get some at Sushi Sakai , in the Valley on Sprague and Bowdish.
