Lynch and Walter make for a good time

Many thanks to my former Spokesman-Review colleague Kevin Taylor for reminding me that two of our other former colleagues, Jim Lynch and Jess Walter, will appear at Auntie’s Boostore tonight at 7 to present Lynch’s new novel, ” Truth Like the Sun.” A novel set around the 1962 Seattle World’s Fair, Lynch’s novel was given an enthusiastic review by The New York Times’ Janet Maslin.

So nice to know that some of us can rise above the chores of regional journalism and attract a bit of national recognition.
