Which Romney was endorsed?

So, The Spokesman-Review has decided to endorse Mitt Romney. I’m curious to know which Mitt the paper supports. Is it the Mitt who supported a woman’s right to choose, or the one who wants the U.S. Supreme Court to overturn Roe v. Wade? How about the Mitt who was once in favor of gays and lesbians serving in the military, but is now against that?

Could it be the Mitt who supported tough gun laws in Massachusetts but four years later said he didn’t support any gun legislation? Maybe it’s Mitt saying that the world’s getting warmer and that humans contribute to that. Then, later on, he says he doesn’t know what’s causing climate change and that we shouldn’t be spending trillions of dollars to try to reduce CO2 emissions?

The list is endless, but it’s evident that The Review, like the governor, suffers from a severe case of Romnesia.
