Yeah, it’s THAT big

Ordinarily I am fundamentally opposed to places that don’t serve French fries  — especially a bar. Seriously, does anything go better with beer than a greasy, salty plate of fried potatoes? Nope.

But Bag O Nails (also mentioned in the post previous) serves up a sandwich and salad plate that almost makes it easy for me to do without my favorite food on the planet for a while (a very short while).

But, really. All the ingredients on the sandwich and salad are simple and fresh and crisp and flavorful — good enough to make you feel like you’re counteracting some of the excess alcohol you’ve likely just consumed. The plate is big enough for two (or big enough for you to bring half to work for lunch tomorow). And it’s served with a bright orange bowl of appetizers — also known as peanuts in the shell.

Yeah, it’s that good.
