Seems ‘independent’ now means mainstream
Having rewarded itself, with those many Red Carpet kisses and little gold statuettes, Hollywood plods on this morning with stories of Anne Hathaway’s nipples and bad-boy host Seth MacFarlane’s tasteless Lincoln joke. Good thing the Independent Spirit Awards always gives us an alternate view. Wait. Let’s rethink that.
