Terry: County Plan For Everyone
Terry Harris (RE:
Regan & Co form anti-ULUC group
): I know, I know… I’m not around anymore and I shouldn’t have any say. But “because the county codes only apply to the rural residents, it is only fair that the rural residents have the greatest input on reformed codes” is a fallacy that non-rural residents need to beware. If an ugly sprawling rural landscape pollutes the lakes and waterways, folks in the cities also have a lot to lose.
Question: Do you agree with Terry Harris that city residents have as much stake in the Kootenai County comprehensive plan at county residents?
