• 3:51 p.m. ISP report: H95 remains blocked at Upriver Drive due to semi rollover (1:10 item). Nicholas C. Turner, 27, of Coeur d’Alene, failed to negotiate a curve and overturned his 1990 Peterbilt tractor. Turner wasn’t injured.

• 1:36 p.m. Coeur d’Alene landowner reports tenant putting “stuff” for rental in his Jetta.
• 2:15 p.m. PFPD is looking for Willie Lee Wixom, 50, who walked away from his caretaker this afternoon. Willie has dementia and sundowners disease. Willie is about 5-7, 110 lbs, and was last seen wearing a blue baseball cap, a blue zip up hoodie, a Denver Broncos shirt, blue jeans and snow boots. Call 773-3517 if you see him.
