Vote against trade pact

I demand full committee hearings on the Trans-Pacific Partnership.

“We want our peace dividend! And we want it now!” That’s a slogan from the 1960s. We have been promised the equitable distribution of wealth and resources after each and every war. It is time to settle up.

Big corporations, which make so much money off war and conflict, have no place at humanity’s table of the future. The so-called Trans-Pacific Partnership is exploitation at its worst, and extortion at its most terrorizing. What is required is respect for all and dignity for all, nothing less.

Reparations must be made by all corporations that have undermined our communities and our environment and profited from the degrading actions that have caused the extreme and unbearable suffering of the people of the world. My senators, Patty Murray and Maria Cantwell, and Rep. Cathy McMorris Rodgers must vote against fast track of the TPP.
