Vote for Scott

A rule of thumb for choosing a candidate who will serve the interests of Bonner County residents vs. corporate interests is to witness the barrage of mail received from well-funded candidates taking campaign contributions from outside the district they are or will be serving compared with those to grass-roots campaigns, like Heather Scott’s campaign for District 1A, House of Representatives.

Just last week, I received a call from a Bellevue, Wash., calling center asking me if I was going to vote for Steve Snedden or Heather Scott. I was so offended I simply told the caller that I would be voting for the candidate who did not pay for the call. I strongly suggest that you do the same.

Vote for Heather Scott on May 20.
