When a typo improves the byline
Long ago, I worked with a gentleman named Rick Velotta.
Good guy. Good reporter.
One day his byline got botched somewhere along the line in the production process.
It came out as “By Rock Velotta.”
His colleagues enjoyed this. And as I recall, he was a good sport about it.
But here’s my question. Could you change one letter in your name and give yourself an all-new image?
