Bing Crosby and the evacuation of Saigon

I hope you watched some of the PBS offerings this week dealing with the final days of the war in Vietnam.

If you did watch, I’ll bet you were amazed to learn that Armed Forces Radio played “White Christmas” as a prearranged signal that the evacuation of U.S. personnel was officially on.
