Little known codicil to Marmot Lodge bylaws
If, for any reason, the Grand Poobah is unable to fulfill his duties as head of the lodge, a special election shall be held to appoint a successor.
That successor shall be charged with the task of determining just what the Grand Poobah’s duties are.
