Perhaps it is time for new glasses

So the headline on a story posted on the SR website was clear enough.

“High fire danger arrives this afternoon”.

Except what I read was “High five danger arrives this afternoon”.

What?

It reminded me of the time two sports enthusiasts in the newsroom exchanged a particularly robust high five and at least one of them slightly injured a finger. This was viewed with amusement by some onlookers (I was not there) and that led to a heated exchange of views. Or something like that.

Anyway, I reread the headline and realized my mistake. Too bad. I wish celebratory gestures was all we had to worry about.
