License policy a joke

So how do you like them apples, my fellow Washingtonians? Per the federal government, and thanks to liberal policies where our state so graciously hands out licenses to non-resident aliens, next year we’ll get to fork over an additional $20 for an “enhanced drivers license.”

Maybe you’re not worried about not being able to get into parts of your federal buildings, but you might be more interested if you won’t be allowed to fly, even domestically. It’s pretty bad if your state identification isn’t good enough for the federal government.

So now here we are, in the same boat as New Mexico, the laughingstock of the country. Don’t we feel proud?
