Common Core column trash

Recently, I’ve heard disturbing changes to Common Core. Therefore, when I saw your Jan. 31 column, “Common Core: Here’s a primer,” by Ann McFeatters, I jumped in with both feet thinking I’d get some definitive answers.

But what I found was only a liberal diatribe about how many Republicans do not have the intelligence to change their minds and know how to run Congress. McFeatters never referenced the Democrats who changed their minds, and how ineffectively they ran the Senate by blocking almost all legislation attempts.

The Spokesman-Review should be ashamed for running such trash.
