I’ll go first.

Nancy, Henry, Dondi, Steve Canyon, Gasoline Alley and Alley Oop.

There are, of course, lots more. But the complication in making a list like this is that some of them, say Mark Trail, might have a current incarnation online. So you can’t really call them defunct.
