People passionate about Tubbs Hill gathered Saturday to dedicate a recently improved 1,600-foot section of trail on the scenic natural park that has been made more accessible to seniors and the physically challenged. About 75 attended the ceremony, including city officials, members of the Tubbs Hill Foundation, and disabled citizens.
