Paul’s People, No. 12

This is my friend Jeri Hershberger. Her name has appeared in The Slice many times.

I first met her in person out at the airport when she worked for Northwest. And I once bumped into Jeri and her sister at the old Jones drug store on the South Hill. I noted the family resemblance and they said they hear that a lot, even though the truth is one of them (I can’t remember which) was adopted.

She grew up here and I always enjoy her recollections of 1960s Spokane.

She has been to more rock concerts in more cities than anyone I know.

But I like her because she has a good heart.
