Choosing a movie to watch after the DNA results come back

We watched “Mr. Turner” last night.

It’s about the groundbreaking English painter. It’s not for everyone, but I am still thinking about it.

I don’t actually suspect we are related in any meaningful way. But according to an analysis of some saliva I mailed to a lab in California, a significant percentage of my genetic history goes back to Mr. Turner’s stomping grounds.

Of course, I also have a trace of Neanderthal mixed in. So you never know.
