Parking lots o’ doom

Do you find that certain parking lots are home to an uncommon frequency of erratic driving?

In my own experience, I would nominate one post office and one strip mall.

Of course, I am only there for a few minutes now and then. So my sampling of observed driving behavior isn’t exactly definitive. But it makes me wonder. Does everyone in the Spokane area regard certain parking lots as home to an implausible driver’s ed film?
