Bird battle looming?

Got an email from Una Zeck.

“The attached photo was taken next to my front porch this morning. Three thoughts came to mind.

“1. What the heck??!?

“2. Has someone lost their peacock?

“3. Is this a sign of yet another species planning to invade the South Hill, like those awful turkeys that have been messing up (and in) my yard for the past 10 years or so? And could there be unfortunate bird conflicts in our future?”
