Businesses too permissive

While visiting a doctor’s office this week, I was shocked to see an elderly man in the waiting room holding a small dog. The dog began to squirm, so the man put it down and let it explore the waiting room patients, as if we really wanted his dog sniffing our legs.

He called it back to him and waited for his name to be called to see the doctor. Whereby he got up and took the dog with him into his appointment.

At what point do business owners and professional offices stand up and ask people leave their pets at home? Others may not care to share Fido’s sniffing.
