Maybe it’s true what they say about gaining weight over the holidays

So I was waiting in a doctor’s exam room this morning.

I noticed a scale on the floor, so I stepped up on it. My weight showed up on a digital display.

After the doctor had come in and then left again, I had nothing to do. So I weighed myself one more time.

The scale said I had gained .6 of a pound since my first weighing.
